FIRST MINIMUM ORDER

• If you haven't sold any of your purchased items after one year, you can ask for a refund on the unsold items. You will need to cover the return shipping costs before we issue your refund. The refund will be for any unsold items returned to Carved Wooden Spoons and at the wholesale price you paid.

SHIPPING / HANDLING / PROCESSING

• Free shipping to all US retailers

• All wholesale orders take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on our current schedule, quantity ordered, and other factors.

• If you need your order by a specific date please contact me prior to ordering to make sure I can accommodate your requested delivery date. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with postal tracking.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping charge will be quoted and invoiced prior to shipping your order

SALES TAX (Maine only): As per State of Maine “A retailer in possession of a resale certificate should be providing a copy of that certificate to their vendors and purchasing goods for resale free of tax.  Programmatic changes have been made to the Maine Tax Portal (MTP) to prohibit the use of the Credit for Sales Tax Paid on Goods Purchased for Resale line on the sales tax return for any retailer that holds an active resale certificate issued by MRS. Effective immediately, active registered retailers, or businesses that have a resale certificate, will no longer be able to claim credit for sales tax paid on goods purchased for resale on a sales tax return.” Your sales tax will be refunded once your order ships.

DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE

• All breakage or damaged items can be returned for a refund or exchanged.

PRICE TAG AND UPC

• Wooden laser cut price tags will be made for your order. Products do not come with UPC.

PRODUCT BRANDING

• All products are copyrighted with laser engraved makers mark on each utensil. If you would like custom laser engraved of your logo please contact me for a quote. Additional charges will apply to custom laser engraving.

MERCHANTABILITY AND MISREPRESENTATION

• Wholesale accounts agree that Carved Wooden Spoons makes no warranty, express or implied. Carved Wooden Spoons is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentation of any retailer to the consumer, and indemnifies Carved Wooden Spoons of any legal actions that emanate from such activity.

PROMOTIONS

• On occasion, I will offer retailers the opportunity to purchase a new design as a Special Buy.  A purchase email will be sent out to all retailers at the time of the promotion.  You can expect 1 or 2 Special Buys emails throughout the year. (Pre-Holiday Promotion in September or October and Pre-Summer Promotion in April)

WEB COMMERCE

• No product or goods purchased from Carved Wooden Spoons LLC shall be resold by or through an on-line auction or on these online sites: Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, or other discount sites without express written authority of Carved Wooden Spoons LLC. If wholesale account is planning to sell products produced by Carved Wooden Spoons LLC in an online marketplace, it must be disclosed up front.

WEBSITE & IMAGE PERMISSIONS

• All copyrights are reserved. You are NOT allowed to utilize my website images for any reason. All descriptions and material on this website are copyrighted and you are NOT allowed to copy or duplicate. Copy and duplication of content leads to customer confusion and mistrust. Duplicate images will be caught by google and your website will be downgrading and flagged as duplicate content.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• I do not accept wholesale order cancellations because many wholesale orders require additional labor and material purchase planning.
