GENERAL SHIPPING

You can expect your order to be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping charges are based on size and weight and are calculated in real-time during checkout.  You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order has been shipped.  After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24-hours for USPS to capture scan your package and update to the most accurate delivery information. Delivery for Priority Mail is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery for USPS Ground Advantage is 3 to 5 business days.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I offer USPS International Priority with tracking to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, Ireland, Sweden, France, Australia, South Korea, Netherlands, and Germany. If applicable, customer is responsible for all duties, VAT, or GST imposed by customs at destination country during time of delivery or pickup.

Typically, International Priority Mail takes from 6 to 10 business days for delivery in addition to any extra customs processing times. International mail delivery could be impacted due to COVID, local conflicts, sanctions, natural disasters, or regulation imposed by the destination country.

Easy Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return within 30-days from the date of purchase for a refund.

To start a return and print a prepaid return shipping label from your home computer click on the “START A RETURN” button below. Prepaid labels through USPS within the United States are $7.50 per package.

Customers within US: Your refund amount will be reduced by $7.50.

Customers outside the US: Your refund amount will be reduced by the shipping cost you paid at time of purchase.
