Paddy’s Old Fashioned Cooking Spatula, Made in Maine
This classic and historical cooking paddle been created for your cooking enjoyment. The spatula measures 11 inches in length with a sharp 2 inch angled blade. Handcrafted from domestic hardwood, each spatula has been skillfully hand shaped to show the woods natural beauty. The 3/8 inch thick spatula has a sharp angled blade, great for flipping eggs, stir fry, fish, pancakes, and outdoor use. This design comes from an old fashion design and is thinner and lighter then most of my utensils. A great economical choice for you kitchen. After using one of my kitchen utensils you will never use mass produced utensil again. Isn't it time to treat yourself to a finely crafted kitchenware? Unlike other utensils you find in chain stores, Paddy’s Ol’ Fashion Cooking Spatula has been carefully made by a skilled craftsman in a small home-based studio. Because of the handmade process, each spatula is truly one-of-a-kind with slight variations in, wood color and grain pattern from one piece to the next. My small artisans mark is hand engraved on the back side of each utensil.
Have your old fashioned spatula made from your choice of domestic hardwoods like: cherry, walnut, or maple. The spatula is finely sanded to a satin smooth surface and can be protected with food-safe Odie's oil, mineral oil, or left natural.
Food-safe oil, like Odie’s oil, is recommended to help protect the wood while enhancing the look of the wood grain. With proper care, it will last long enough to be passed down generations.
**Add personalized hand engraving to make this even more special!** The font style is Zapfino done in my handwritten style.
Wooden utensils make a great birthday, anniversary, wedding, and housewarming gift. Giving a handmade spoon is considered a symbol of good luck, prosperity, and love. Give a wooden spoon to commemorate an occasion, or to wish someone a full and happy life. Wooden spoons are still a desirable collectable keepsake.
