There's really nothing like cooking with this skewed spoon. It's been a design I've had on my workbench for about 3-months and is just now being released. With test kitchen approval, it's been launched for my spoon of the month for May. The spoon features my exclusive walnut inlaid handles and will be offered in three different sizes, and a 3-spoon set to get them all! Currently only made in cherry wood at this time, but I'll be adding other woods over the next few months. You may purchase the skewed spoons by following the links below:
The inspiration for this design came from a customer. After a few design changes these were the final results. I wanted to include the historic arch and sharp curve in the design. I also wanted to have a nice flat scraping edge to round out the whole spoon. I really enjoy the smaller 10.5 inch spoon handle and think this one will be the most popular of the three.
I will be continuing the walnut inlay in future designs and I hope you'll enjoy the beauty of the contrasting woods as much as I do.
