I've been very busy over the past few months with fulfilling new orders and establishing new relationships to move forward into 2017. I must say time has flown by and I'm excited for things to come. With that in mind, I've been asked to re-create my bow sander design and offer it for sale on my site. So I put some time aside to make a few and hope you will consider adding this fine tool to your toolbox soon. The bow sander has proven to be a very handy tool in my shop, I use it to sand complex bowl curves and challenging shapes. The bow sander is a difficult tool to find and even a more challenging tool to make. The handles have to be just the right size and the bow has to be just the right thickness-a lot of thought has gone into my design. The making of the bow sander takes time and is worth every penny should you purchase one from me. Yes, it's a design that has been used my many professional woodworkers, but my design differs in many ways. The design is slender in form and exceptional in function. If you haven't used a bow sander then it's time to try! You won't regret the softness of touch and the ability to sand even the most complex curve. Furniture makers have been using this style of bow sanding for years to smooth out curves.
