Refund and Exchange Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your utensil you may return or exchange your purchase within 30-days from the date of purchase. The item must be mailed back to Carved Wooden Spoons before an refund or exchange can be issued. Return or exchanged item shipping must be paid for by buyer.
How will a receive my refund?
In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. This process usually takes 2-3 days depending on your bank.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Engraved items
- Perishable orders
- Digital downloads
- eGift Cards
Condition of return
The item should be returned in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information for:
- To communicate with you about your order
- To Fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
- Occassional newsletters & offers (You may opt-out at anytime)
